eddiction

Plz help me I'm eddicted on ice,I eat dem a lot nd I. Knw dat I will develop pnemonia but whn fe craving start nothing can stop me on eating dem,I really wanna stop bt I cnt help it nd dis started on my second pregnancy nd my son is 2 yrs nw bt I still get de cravings

Hi there.  Actually it is not normal but it does NOT lead to pneumonia.  Craving ice especially during pregnancy is an indication of iron deficiency.  This is easily resolved.  Talk to your doctor and they should give you suggestions to increase the iron in your diet (like green, leafy vegetables like spinach or red meat) or an iron supplement.  They do prescribe iron tablets for those with a great deficiency.  But talk to your doctor and go from there.  good luck

Bt won't it cause pnemonia at sum stage bcos I eat dem almost everyday even in winter?nd I jst want 2 stop eating dem
