Hi you should get a supplement called acidophilus, it puts the good bacteria back in your body. I take it as i used to suffer with yeast infections alot and it helps. You can get it off all health shops (holland and barrett is where i got mine)
Also dont use bubble bath or wash yourself with soap.......get an aqueous cream and use that instead like soap

Hope this helps :)

You may want to take a probiotic supplement.  It is easier than eating more and more yogurt.  Be sure not to douche because this leads to more yeast infections.  Also, dry the vaginal area completely before getting dressed and try to only wear cotton underpants.  Nylon undergarments and pantyhose can make the problem worse.

Also, high blood sugar often leads to chronic yeast infections.  You may want to ask your doctor to test your blood sugar to determine if that is an issue.  Good luck!
