health problem

I missed my period this month but all this week i been having horrible cramps lower back pain ride side experiencing sharp pain dizziness nausea my body is sore. I had a throbbing feeling on the right side of vagina too , could it be kidney stones or a cyst. I had both of those a few months ago on my left side...

I have a bladder infection and a cyst on my right ovary that's ruptured with blood. That's why i'm having so much. Pain

Hello,.  I think you need immediate medical evaluation.  Sure, it could be a kidney stone or cyst or even ectopic pregnancy.  But no one on the internet can tell you.  You should see a doctor as soon as possible!!  Let us know the outcome.  good luck
