help my yeast infection wont go away :(

First off, I'm 15. About 4 months ago, I started to itch and get smelly discharge. I waited a few weeks to go to the doctor, and I was given one day of the Diflucan oral pill and antifungal cream to put on top for my yeast infection. It went away for about a month or two, but now it's back. Does this mean I have reoccurring yeast infections? Will it ever go away? I just want it to clear up for good, and I'm scared it's going to affect me later on in life.

The best advice anyone can give you is to see your doctor.  I don't think we should be telling a 15 year old to put a garlic clove in her vagina.  Please talk to your mom dear and let her know what is going on. Sometimes women will get a second yeast infection and it doesn't necessarily mean it is recurrent or anything that we are doing.  Never ever douche and I would really leave treatment to your doctor and mother to help you with.  Best of luck to you.

Take a garlic clove put slits in it and insert into your vagina at bedtime. In the morning take your finger and get the clove out. The get a acidophilus and break in half and insert into your vagina left it in for two hours then take out. Repeat until it's gone. Also take a acidophilus pill orally each day till gone.

Take acidophilus.  Or this is going to sound weird but take Bulgaria yogurt with no flavor and make sure it is organic with live probiotics and put about 1 tsp in your vagina.  I know weird and gross but trust me it works! You can also eat it but it will take longer.

Some women do get yeast infections regularly with periods or anything else that can throw off the pH balance. I have only gotten a yeast infection 2 times..and every time I used the 1 day monistat which kills the infection but then you wait a week got everything to come out and clean itself it takes almost two weeks after monistat to have it back to normal. I also use vagasil wash it regulates the ph. And I got the wipes. I found that it helped a ton!! The two that I have gotten were horrible I would gets cuts and swollen essential because it was so dry it was terrible and gross !!! Vasaline helps with the swollen Ness and cuts. Maybe the pill just doesn't work for you. Talk to your doctor about monistat.  In the meantime get the washes and stuff to help.
