help!!!!

Ok so I've been having really bad lower abdominal pains and then I started getting spotting of brownish reddish blood. And I am two weeks early on my period. But I don't think that has an effect of what's going on. But on the 11th when I started bleeding I noticed at night it got itchy. Then the next day after school really itchy when I put a pad on so I looked down there and I had bumps on my inner labia and then inside my vagina. They are all like scattered around in there on the inside of my flaps and then I see some inside my vagina. My boyfriend previously had a uti and we had unprotected sex. But I was fine not till 8 days later did something occur. These bumps a re itchy when I think about them, wear a pad, or touchy them. They also have a little pain when I touch then. I noticed that skin inside became sore and painful. I am very worried because I've had these bumps for two days now that I know of. Maybe 3 but I didn't check the first time I was all itchy. I also masterbated with a brush. I didn't make sure it was that clean at first I just sucked on it. I don't know I thought it maybe some kind of infection or something. Also my vagina has developed this weird smell.
