infection?

i have noticed that the sweat glands on my labia minora are now white and are like small lumps. are they infected? they dont urt but its probably not a good ting if theyre blocked!

Hi,
Yes, they could be blocked glands, or they could also be something called "Fordyce spots" which is common in women and men.  I doubt it's an infection, but if they were pussing or bleeding, I'd definitely get them checked out.  Doesn't sound like it from what you said though.  Good luck :)
