irregular periods

sir i am 35 year old married woman i have 2 twin boys first and a girl child ihad stopped my delivery . From the very first time itself i have my periods within every 25 days but  during the last 8month it becomes irregular ,comes after 2 months  i consulted a doctor she ask me to take scan i showed her the report  she says that no problem if the periods  is not come for 2 months then take a medicine named meprate im not sure abt the name when i had periods on oct 7 then it cames on jan 13 and heavy bleeding it has been still  continuing today i consult a doctor she ask me to take tranostat,livogen, and duodutonL for 21 days .sir im very much feared to take hormone tablet is there any side effect for that medicine i have a bad habit of eating raw rice. is this bleeding come bcoz of that habit?

well its not good to eat anything raw....but i dont think that would affect your periods are you trying to get pregant? or are you pregnant?

There is a Pregnancy 35+ forum. I'm not sure if this is more of a "older" woman problem or not. Sorry!
