How old are you?

I personally have never heard of a guy not being able to ejaculate while wearing a condome, but I am sure it happens.

As Kim says, the pill is not 100%... there is always that small chance of becoming pregnant.  Of course there is an even bigger chance of contracting an STD even though you say you guys are virgins.

Be careful!

the condom might be too tight so yes its possible for him not to ejaculate

no its not safe if you dont use a condom. you run the risk of pregnancy AND stds. birth control is not 100% and plently of women have gotten pregnant on the pill even though its not too common. condoms are not 100% either but condoms and birthcontrol is the best method to protect you both.
