I would say you should get checked for an STD. Not saying it is that, but please do that because if you do have an STD you could get PID which is extremely painful and you could lose your fertility because of it.

To me this doesnt sound like a yeast infection but I am no doctor

A yeast infection causes your whoha to itch and has a mild smelling discharge and for a guy it should just be a rash and is easily cured what your explaining is NOT a yeast infection it sounds much more dangerous and you need to go to the dr. You guys both need to get tested for STDs.  Lower abdominal pain could be an STD causing pelvic inflammation, and discharge and blood in the urine in a guy is never good.  Blood in the urine alone is a very good reason to see a doctor.  If he's positive, there's a decent chance you are too if you haven't been using condoms, and you should avoid intercourse until you can confirm you're both infection-free (otherwise, you can pass it back and forth).

If the abdominal pain is only during sex, it might be that you have a tender cervix.  But you should see a doctor, just in case.
