itchy vagina with green yellowish discharge

I have been experiencing this problem since early this year after having protected sex. I would experience the green yellowish discharge with irritation around the vagina then after couple of days it would go. now the problem does not seem to end though i haven't had sex in close to 2 months. the irritation has lessened but the discharge is not lessening, but it does not produce an odor. It is not associated with any pains and signs. how do I treat that and what is it exactly?

Hi,

Green/yellow discharge (with or without irritation) can be a sign of a vaginal infection, STI, or STD.  You would have to see a doctor in person, for an exact diagnosis. Soon you should consider making an appointment to see a doctor (gynecologist) for a pelvic exam.
