Hi there and welcome.  In all honesty, we can't diagnose what this is.  You can try an over the counter fungal medication for yeast.  They do often work and that is a good first step.  Do not ever douche as that increases the risk of the vagina having ph balance issues.  More infections will then follow.

If that over the counter medication doesn't do the trick, then by all means, see your doctor.  Bacterial vaginosis is well known for the odor it creates.  The discharge is usually more milky though.  But the best thing is to be seen by a doctor and have this cultured so they can come up with the best plan.  For yeast infections, I like the pill you can take that knocks it out really fast!

Wishing you luck and let us know how it goes.  peace

It is possible you may have a yeast infection. the only way to deal with this is by treating it with medicated creams for a yeast infection. You can go to your pharmacy for this and your husband should be treated also or you will both keep passing it back and forth.
I cant be sure that this is the problem but treating it will rule this out. does it sting when you urninate? have you been on antibiotics recently? are you on the pill? These are some of the reason you can get thrush, but there are many.
If still have problems you should seek a doctors advice or even a chemist.
As  for the vaginal dryness there are lubricants you can buy such as KY jelly. Hope this helps.
