large bump, almost looks like a giant under the skin pimple

So last week I developed this bump on the lip of my vagina, it wasn't red, and only hurt if I touched it. It slowly went away but still sort of remains and no recentlg I developed another much larger and much more painful bump on the other lip.. when I first found it I slightly squeezed it and puss came out like a pimple., but now its very red, very sensitive and fedls as if its filled with fluids or something. It gets irritated when anything touches it. Its about the size of a green olive...is what I guess I would compare it too...
I've read other posts that had similar problems, do you think that it could be a bartholin cyst or an std? I've only had intercourse with one man. I'm scared of what it is and I don't know what to do...

okay this is easy. this is either a bartholins cyst or a skene gland cyst. You can drain it yourself and applying heat with warm water and/ or warm cloth helps. Some though have to be treated by a doctor that has to cut it out,
