lower left abdomen pain & blood in bowels..what should I do?

I had a Thermachoice ablation almost two years ago. Prior to that I was on Norenthindrone due to severe painful periods but not heavy. My period use to last about 2-3 days went from no cramps prior to light spotting to severe pain & clots, clots, clots to more like a light brown day. The pain was awful. After the ablation I only had some light cycles and then no period for 3 months. Then WHAM! pain, diarrhea blood on bowels, & PAIN PAIN. Went on Lurpron a few months but still had been even without cycle. Stopped Lupron due to expense. Went back on Norenthindrone & had awful side effects(weird I was on it before for a year and a half.) Now today I have what is like a cycle but kind of like the brown days...but my butt is burning diarrhea and my lower left abdomen is a cramp monster. Any advice? my doctor does not want to remove the left ovary & tube as she thinks it may help with the pain but no guarantee. I am 34 and know I wont have children but a hysterectomy is expensive & I cant afford to take the time off work & school. Should I opt for another Norenthindrone pill? I took Agestyin(sp?) Could it is endometriosis flaring, hence the blood in the bowels?  Any!help would be appreciated. I am going to lose my marbles if I dont get relief soon.

Thank you!

I was told that endometriosis could grow an move into the gastro area.
I will consult my doctor on this but it was darker blood.

The second part of my question regarding the dispel of clots and lots of pain I would love to have your opinion on. Is it possible for the endometrium to grow back after an ablation? since this dispel of clots & tissue is happening semi consistently would it be worth the sides effects of taking a progestrone only pill? or what are my options to stop this no cycle/cyclic event from occurring?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Blood in bowels is unrelated to your reproductive system. From your symptoms, if the bloody stool is bright red, then it could be due to hemorrhoids or anal fissures. The causes of bloody stool that is more maroon in color is intestinal polyps, inflammatory bowel disease or diverticulosis (diverticulosis causes significant bleeding).

You need to consult a gastroenterologist to confirm the diagnosis.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
