maybe miscarriage

I just don't understand why so many clots and so big and I have a headache dizzy and hurting in my back but no cramps

Ibuprofen really helps with the back pain.

Hi there.  you feel you may have been pregnant and are possibly miscarrying?  Do you have a doctor that you could go see or urgent care or even the ER?  I do know that I passed a simple cyst and had much of what you are speaking of.  Very painful and tons of blood with clots.  But only a doctor could tell you what is going on with you hon.  By the way, I rarely get traditional cramps these days in the front, I get back pain which is also a form of cramps.  good luck
