I have heard alot about this lately. One of our TTC over 40 group members is in the same position and trying to decide what to do. There is a procedure called a tubal reversal. It is fairly expensive and, from what I've read, it's successful about 50% of the time. You could try to get pregnant with IVF, which avoids the tubes all together, but that's even more expensive, and you could end up having to do it more than once if it doesn't work the first time. Since you're young, I'd say go for it with the TR. Hopefully it will work and then you have plenty of time to TTC naturally. If the procedure is not successful, then at least you'll have IVF as a backup. Good luck!

you shud talk to your doctor, that if you can untie the tube and see if there is no damage . so i think you can conceive though. Good luck
