Hello,
As you are having a history of ovarian cysts, so this pain can be due to rupture of the cyst or torsion of the cyst. Only an ultrasound abdomen can confirm the diagnosis. Other possibilities which present with such pain in the lower left abdomen are diverticulitis, Crohn’s disease, bowel obstruction, ovarian cysts and pelvic inflammatory disease, irritable bowel syndrome , kidney obstruction or kidney disease.

You need to consult your doctor and get an ultrasound done to confirm the diagnosis.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
