Black cohosh is good for menstrual cramping. Chamomile tea is good as well as peppermint for PMS symptoms. Chaste Tree Berry is one of the best things for PMS. All can be found readily these days. Evening primrose oil as well is supposed to be excellent.
Yoga is good for pms and I always just try to keep up regular exercise as it helps with mood.
