reliability of first response/wierd symptons

Ok, so I had an accident a week and then some ago, got really scared, took plan b right away...
I am still feeling kinda sick and my tummy hurts, but these are normal side effects. Is it normal for them to last longer than a week? I feel this knot in my stomach, I have cramps and random pains down there. I my period is due in two days, I took the early response test twice, both negative. I keep getting this odd feeling too down there like that 'trickle' feeling you get when your period is about to start, but then it doesn't.
So is it safe to say I am not pregnant, are the side effects normal, not signs of pregnancy?
And I know the first response is only abut 80% reliable three days before so test again day period is due if it doesnt come?
Please give input!
Thanks

testing before a period is actually due is NOT reliable. you need to actually wait and then take a test. your symptoms could be pms, plan b effects, or pregnancy symptoms
