Irregular period

last month I was 18 days late for my period and this month I am now 15 days late. I was spotting about 2 weeks ago but it stopped after about 4 or 5 days. I'm sure I'm not pregnant but I'm really concerned something may be wrong. I usually have a 30-32 day cycle. But I have been feeling super bloated.

The above is not true.  Want to clarify that perhaps once in a while that is the case but there are other reasons.  A more common reason is that your cycle is currently longer than you thought based on something like a hormonal imbalance or your thyroid is slow.  My periods were every 3 to 4 months for about a year and a half due to hypothyroidism.  So, it isn't really that you are skipping periods but that your cycle has gotten very long.  This is generally not a problem although doctors do like you to have at least 4 periods a year and if you are trying to conceive, it is an issue.  What I didn't like about it is that I'd get PMS right on time and it would last the entire time until I got my period.  Bit pain!

But you don't list anything that makes me think you had a miscarriage.  I'd think it is more of a hormonal issue.  I would talk to your doctor to determine if this is the case.

My system righted itself without any medication.  I had the blues or a low level of depression which often goes hand in hand with hypothyroidism (slow thyroid) and both go better at the same time.  But you need to talk to a doctor to figure this out.

good luck

That is usually a sign of miscarriage, most don't know this but you can be pregnant and not realize your miss carrying around your normal or late cycle. Only way to know if you were pregnant is to have a hormone test done. I bled for the first 3 months with all of my kids.
