Confused

I'm usually pretty regular on my AF but about two months ago I was incredibly late, but I think I was just synching up with the ladies at my new job, as we all came on our AF's around the same time.  Anyway, that was on Nov 1, and since then I have not had an AF, nor had the signs and symptoms.  I always get scared when I don't get my AF because I'm scared that I'm hitting early menopause or something and that I'll never be able to reproduce. I do remember checking my cm to see if I may have ovulated late last month and if you are ovulating it's clear and sticky, right?  I admit, I have had unprotected sex, but is it possible to get pregnant and not have any symptoms?  Or maybe I thought I was ovulating and I really wasn't?  I'm not ttc but we wouldn't mind having a baby.  I'm just confused.  I wouldn't be confused if I had pms or something because I would know that my hormones are working.  The only thing that has changed in the past month is I'm low on energy (okay, exhausted), and very moody.  And I was bloated a couple of weeks ago, but that has subsided, and a few mild cramps last week.  I took a pg test and it came out negative. Someone please give me some advice.  I don't know what to think about this situation.

- Your period can be late for many many reasons unfortunately.  You just started a new job and that alone can make you late.

- Usually when you are ovulating your vaginal secretions will be the consistency of egg yolk.

- Yes you can have no symptoms at all and be pregnant.  Some women dont even know they are pregnant until they go into labor.

- Since you are having unprotected sex there is a very good chance that you could be pregnant.

There is only a couple things you can do right now:

1. Wait another week (or two) and than test for pregnancy again.
2. Head to your GYN doctors office and have them perform a blood pregnancy test.

You've taken one pregnancy test that came up negative.  You could just be having a hormone fluctuation.  Even if it is just hormonal, you still have to test for pregnancy.

Hope this helps. Happy Holidays
