prenatal multivitamins

Today is my 4 day taking prenatal multivitamins. I am not pregnant but I am planning to get pregnant. I didn't have any sex in these month and my period already came for this month. I started to bleed today could it be because of the prenatal vitamins

No, absolutely not.  All a prenatal vitamin is is basically a good mutli vitamin with extra folate.  This would not impact any body functions from hormones to menses.  good luck
