PMS symtoms but no blood!

I'm 17 years old competitive dancer that is Severely Aneamic. I'm sexually active with my Bf and on Birth Control. I'm supposed to be on my period but there's no blood. I know from exp that sometimes I don't always bleed due to Iron levels but my doctor said I was pretty good for levels. Should I take more Iron supplements? I have all other symptoms but bleeding, I'm getting a little anxious..

I've been on the pill since I was 13 due to a heavy period.

Yes I would wait a week or so and see if you start, it is very common to have irregular periods at your age because of hormone fluxuations. If you don't start within a week or so then I'd call the Dr. To see what they suggest.

You should just monitor the situation but sounds like a hormonal imbalance that happened to me before birth control can sometimes mess up your normal menstrual cycle .How long have you been on the pill
