I had sex on the last day of my period with my ex but he was wearing a condom.  What are the chances of me being pregnant.  I have been very stressed out about the whole situation and I haven't shown any pregnancy symptoms.  Please Help!!!

Thanks for posting. I did take an ept pregnancy test 2 days before my period date. It was negative. I also started my period. It is a little lighter but I read it could be because I've been stressing over the thought of being pregnant. There's no reason for me to take another test right?  If you could write back ASAP I would really appreciate it

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Pregnancy occurs only during the time of ovulation. Ovulation is the release of a single, mature egg from a follicle that developed in the ovary. It usually occurs regularly, around day 14 of a 28-day menstrual cycle. Also for pregnancy semen needs to be ejaculated inside the vagina. From your symptoms chances of pregnancy are least because you had protected intercourse on the last day of your periods.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
