The morning after pill does not prevent the sperm being in your body, it prevents a zygote from attaching to your uterine wall.  

The only way to keep sperm out of your body is by using a condom.

no it doesnt take out the sperm it may help a little but sperm can live in you up to 7days the only way to be sure there is no sperm in your body is by taking the morning after pill.
