Hello, this sounds like it might be the rubbing of the thighs causing ingrown hairs.  Don't shave the area if you do...
Open your legs at home as often as possible and keep the area dry and clean.  Do not scrub the area thinking this will clean it better, that will irritate it more.

Do not apply anti-chaffing stick to the area or petroleum or oils, that will clog the area.

Buy some runners shorts and wear that over your underwear (to avoid causing a yeast infection) and under your pants/skirt.  These runners shorts will be SLICK and help your thighs to slide back and fourth, eliminating friction.  This should help you heal in that area.

I know its tempting but don't squeeze the irritations, let them resolve on their own.  OH, epsom salt baths will also draw out the purulence (pus) and help eliminate toxins in your body.

Good luck, hope I helped some.

I used to be a larger and got the same things... I asked my GYN about them because they have left purple scars on the inside of my thighs; she advised that it was due to being larger and that sweat and such can build up and cause those 'infections'. Hope this helps... When I would get them, I just stuck a bandaid on them to kind of put a cushion between that spot and my pants.
