tiny ball inside clitoris

so for the last five days my clitoris has been quite itchy. Yesterday I had finally decided to take a look at my private area and i noticed that there was a tiny white ball inside my clitoris. I ended up removing it and figured that the itching would stop. Today when i woke up it still felt itchy down there. A few hours later i decided to look at my private again and i saw that another tiny white ball had formed. Again, i removed it. since yesterday i've been using vagisil to help relieve the discomfort. It helps for a little while then goes back to being itchy. What could this be ? I wash myself daily with soap. I'm not having any sort of discharge nor does it smell. Its also not painful, just itchy ! is this normal ? should I see a gynecologist for this ?
