If you want to speed up the process you could do Kegel exercises by squeezing your vaginal wall muscles such as pushing or pulling for three seconds, then relaxing, for three seconds and repeating as many times as you want. There is a weight you could buy also that has been used for a long time for helping women after childbirth get their vagina "back in shape".
