i have a large, hard and sore bumb on one of my vagina lips.

I am 13 years old and I have been getting these lumps around my gential area. At first it started around my inner thigh leading towards my genital area and those went after a few days or at most a week. However, now I have been getting them more close to my vagina and even on my vagina and they really hurt. All of those went, however, currently I have a really big lump on one of my vagina lips. It really hurts (a lot) and it is hard. I read all these articles about vulvar cancer and all different things and I am starting to get really worried. I haven't told my mother or anyone because I am too scared. Please could someone help me out..? I'm starting to get really scared.

You could have a cyts, you should tell your mom. I had one for a while too and I didn't wanna tell my mom either but then I just got so worried, and I started crying and I told her, they took me to the doctors and they told me it was a cyts.
