My sister in law experienced a leakage issue while not pregnant. Her doctor changed her birth control pills and that helped the issue.
I had milk in one breast from the time I was about 17 until... well.. now. After I had my son, that breast continued to leak small amounts of milk for 4 years until I got pregnant again, and now it leaks collostrum!
The doctors checked me out and all hormones seem to be okay, and it's not an infection, so they just shrugged and said it was no biggie, so it's not really bothered me much. The leaking isn't significant, and we find it a source of humor sometimes. I love it when I accidently squirt hubby in the eye! LOL!

I have fibrocystic breasts (lumpy boobs) which caused me to start leaking long before I married and had kids (I was a virgin when I married). Pg can also cause milk production. I'd get a check-up ASAP.
Hi Dips,
sounds like there is something endocrine going on. YOu need to ask your doctor to refer you to an endocrinologist.
That milk is called gallactorea. Have you tried squeezing the other side gently? Does that also have milk?
They will need to test pituitary hormones (sex hormones and prolactin) and also thyroid hormones. It is possible that there is some abnormality with your pituitary causing this problem. They will also need to check your breast to make sure it is nothing local (but unlikely from your description).
Improving your overall diet and lifestyle (exercise a bit - 30 mins a day most days would help, and do your best to quit or at least cut down on your smoking).
Please feel free to ask any questions you may have.

Hi there! Are you pregnant? If yes, your breasts naturally build up and produce a milk supply in preparation for your baby, and is a symptom of pregnancy. If you are NOT pregnant--the source of your breast milk leakage/buildup is probably an imbalance of a certain hormone, I think prolactin? Anyway, a blood test could detect that immediately! You also sound as though you may be anemic (deficiency in iron) which is causing your low energy and fatigue. This could also be helped by taking iron supplements. You should get a complete physical and bloodwork. You'll be amazed how energized you will feel, if you change your diet, exercise (walking) and just moving around! And please try to quit smoking!! Good health to you!
Hmmm well there could be a few things going on.....have you taken a HPT? And if you arent pregnant....you could suffer from just nipple overstimulation.
