worried-needs advice!!

I had sex for the first time about 2 weeks ago, and it was unprotected. I'm on birthcontrol and have been for about 6 months now. Also he pulled out, so he didn't ejaculate inside me. I'm a little worried about getting pregnant, but I got my period today, but what worries me is that I got it 3 days early and I have really bad cramps. What does this mean? Could I be pregnant or is it the birth control? HELP

The reason I went on the pill was because I was having my period every about 3 months, would have no idea when its coming, and get such bad cramps I'de stay home from school. They've already switched the type of pill because my cramps were still really bad, but it made my period very regular. Now I'm on Ortho Tri Cyclen, and its worked good so far. I'm changing the time of day I take it though because it would range from 10 or 11 at night to 2 am, so maybe taking it at noon everyday will be easier.

Thanks for everyones advice!!

what about changing your birthcontrol so you don't forget like the patch once a week or the shot once a month?

Hello, When girls first start their period for the first few years it is erregular. We dont start the same time every month and we dont have it for the same amount of time each month. Ontop of that the amount of blood is usually differnt too.
But since your on birthcontrol the hormons you are getting will effect your period also.
I dont thin you have anything to worry about, but if you want to put your mind at ease you could try a pregnecy test.
Hope that helps!

Thanks so much, I've never missed a day besides that, I didn't get home from work till after 1 on Friday night so it prob just completly slipped my mind to take them. I heard that its bad if you don't take it everyday at the same time everyday? Usually I take them between 11 and 2 am, depending when I get home or go to bed cuz that's when I take it. Any advice? Should I switch to taking them at like, noon everyday, because I'm always up at that time everyday. Thanks again for the help!

Thanks, I think I'm just freaking out a little bit because I'm only 16, and if I got pregnant, idk what I'de do. I take my birth control everyday, sometimes a couple hours apart, but I usually never miss a day. Yesterday I started getting some brown spots, and I checked my birth control pack and I had missed a day, but I'm not sure which night, so I took that right away. Maybe thats the reason for the early period?

Hun, I think you are going to be fine.  It's probably just cause you got your period... Long if you take your birth control pills everyday the same time you are going to be fine.......
