Hello, I've also heard that Yogurt helps cure YEAST INFECTION.
But those flavored yogurts you have, I don't think you should apply it down there..
because the flavored ones have sugar in it. And the more the sugar the more fungi and your yeast infection will worsen.
But not to worry... You can eat those flavored yogurts but if you want to put some down there, ONLY use PLAIN YOGURT.
Also I'll recommend you stay away from sweets while your experiencing yeast infection because your body needs to balance out and sweets are enemies to you at this point.

WASH YOUR VAGINA WITH UNSCENTED SOAP OR JUST BETTER YET ONLY WATER. THEN EAT A LOT OF PLAIN YOGURT AND APPLY PLAIN YOGURT WITH A CLEAN COTTON SWAB INTO YOUR VAGINA AND AROUND THE AREAS FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS UNTIL IT GOES AWAY. BUT DON'T FORGET TO WASH YOUR HANDS AND BE SUPER CLEAN WITH THIS.
IF NOT I SAY YOU BUY SOME MONISTAT  ...OR SEE A CARE GIVER.
I am experiencing yeast infection for the 1st time right now also..
and those are some of the things I'm doing.
goOd LucKk. Wish me luck too lol

You want yogurt with live cultures. The idea is that the live bacteria in the yogurt will find their way to your vagina and get rid of the bad bacteria and yeast. It won't hurt, but if you continue to have problems then antibiotics from a doctor is a better option. Good luck.
