So ive had pain icheiness an swelling it was going away but now it seems to come bak the way it was an i kant really talk to noone in my fam nt even my mom i need any meds over the counter i kan by an im 16

There are tests you can buy at almost any store that can check to see if you have an infection, and what kind it is. If you choose not to go this route, you would need to see a doctor. Don't self treat without knowing if that's what it is.

First off, it could be a yeast infection or BV (bacterial vaginosis) by the sounds of it. Both have very similar syptoms.
You need to head in to see your doctor so he/she can do a simple sample that can help determine which one you have. If it is BV, only prescribed antibiotics will be able to get rid of it, it will not go away on its own.
I believe that yours is probably a yeast infection however, which there are medicines you can buy at local stores without prescription or anything. So if you'd like to try one of those first, go ahead.
If it doesnt work and you have to go in and see your doctor, don't fret.
Usually they have an appt phone # to call, and just tell them your symptoms and that you need an appointment and a lab test so you can determine what you have. Since you are 16, they will probably ask about a parent/guardian. However, if you explain your situation that you really don't have someone who is willing enough, many hospitals are quite understanding and will allow you to come in because it is just an appointment and nothing more serious.
But if they don't, try your nearest planned parenthood. They have many different programs and things that they handle there besides preganancy, and might be able to help you out as well because you are underage.
If it's a thing about underage sex that your mom wouldn't be someone to go don't, don't worry. These infectioons can be caused by tons of other things besides sex, such as: bad hygeine, not changing your underwear enough, wiping the wrong way, or even from using body washes or lotions that don't interact with your body well. But either way, I would try to find some trusting adult to confide in, it will help!
