HELP!

Hello,
My son is 10 yrs old and 3 weeks ago started vomiting ONLY in the mornings.  He is vomiting up yellowish/green sputum only - never any food.  He has also suffered from diarreah as well.  Chest and abdomen xrays have been done, stool  and blood collected - everything so far has come back normal.  We are in awe of the fact that we've now seen 5 different pediatric docs and gastroenterologists and none of them have been able to diagnose him!  Every day since August 20th has truly been a nightmare for him!
He has been on the BRAT diet, and excluded from eating any dairy products.  He has no other symptoms at all, and no pain.

We are very concerned and are willing to try anything at this point to get him well.

Thank you for your time!

~Lorenski

I have had the same issue myself off and on for years and my dr finally diagnosed it as severe allergies with post nasal drip at night.  When I get up within 30 minutes I throw up the same yellowish green mucousy bile is the best way to describe it and the diarrhea happens when the drainage he doesn't throw up goes through his digestive system.  I am now on nasal spray and a pill and every year I have the symptoms return and the drs either up my dosage or change to a new prescription.  Try giving him an antihistamine before bed and see if it helps.

By the way, he was diagnosed for the vomiting with Acid Reflux???? Doesn't sound quite right to me, as he still continues to vomit ( with belching & gas) , in the mornings and thus was put on Prevacid.  Not sure if it is working yet - its only been 4 days.  Also, as far as the diarreah is concerned, gastro told us it was a viral infection and put him on Probiotics twice a day.  THAT hasn't worked either!
We are at a loss! And as you can imagine, this is taking an emotional toll on our entire family.  All major bacterias - e coli, salmonella, etc have already been ruled out!!!
Any suggestions as to where to go with this now???  We are up in arms!

Thanks
