headaches migranes dizziness pressure in ears

I am 24 years old and I am dealing with the same things. Headaches in the back of my head, some neck pain and dizziness. The dizziness isthe feeling of being unbalanced and feeling like im going to fall over. The doctors really cant find anything wrong with me. Ive had MRI and CT scan X rays, everything and everything comes out normal. I do have high blood pressure but thats about it. My girlfriend of 4 years left me because I was unable to work and drive. I am back living with my dad now. I am taking Varapamil, and trying different high blood pressure pills but nothing is really changing. I dont know what to do and all of this is making me depressed and stressed which probably isnt helping me any. It would be nice to be able to talk to people that have the same thing, i really need to get my life back together and talk to people with the same problems and see if they got better and have a normal life.. ***@****

Hi,

Sorry you are going through those awful symptoms. I'm in the same boat. For the past 4 months, I've experienced bad pressure in between my eyes and nasal. At first I thought it was sinus infection.  I went to 3 different doctors and took blood test, ENT and CT scan on my head to check for tumor or cancer, thankfully I don't have them.  But I still cant shake the headaches. My head is sensitive to touch like the tissue under the skin shrunk. I know sounds weird. I used to think there was liquid moving around my head when I lie down or sit up. It felt very weird. I have to constantly massage my head.  I started the netti pot again and it has helped the pressure below my checks but now I'm getting these dizzy spells that make me feel discomfort. It affects my daily functions. I can't go out with friends and I get nauseas. Some times I have to force myself to eat. When the dizzy spells happen, I feel spacy and my arms get chills or warm flushing feeling. I feel lost or trapped and start to panic. I chose not to take any medications so I'm trying herbal remedy like St Johns Wort. But I'm concerned and feel like going to a Neuro but I"m afraid to go and they tell me I'm fine.  If anyone knows specifically what specialist I can see and what testing to ask for, that would help me out a lot.  The only time I feel better is when I wake up but then the pressure starts and headaches begin and dizziness is unbearable :(. I hope you get better too!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
The causes of your symptoms could be Cervical spondylosis, cervical trauma, and cervical arthritis. Other very common cause may be Inner ear dysfunction. Please go for MRI of the spine and an inner ear examination. Please consult an ENT specialist for the same. Please consult a neurologist again if the MRI spine shows  a nerve compression in the neck. Hope this helps you. Take care and regards!
