what the ?

hi i'm 16 and i smoke but not all the time. but if i dont have a smoke i get light headed if i do then i still get light headed. quiting doesn't work smoking doesn't work. so what should i do, and i cant go to my mom with this or she will send me off to my dad's. will some one please help me?

This is really a problem. Open to you a pack of cigarettes and a little time. Do a make and a break, then smoke another cigarette and the total of 3-4 times. Trashed presentiment you feel comfortable and the dizziness is forgotten.

my mom is a smoker well she is more of a chain smoker along with all the other adults in my family and cousins my age. i just went to the doctors for that and they said none of that is their. if not smoking doesn't cause it what is? the stress is to high for me to stop smoking. and i only now one other way to relive the stress and im not going back to cutting.

If your mother isn't a smoker, then believe me, she already knows.
Your lightheadedness may be something non-related to smokes so you might want to get yourself checked out. Diabetes, high blood pressure, allergies....or many other things.

When you first begin to smoke there is always that lightheaded feeling however, after a few weeks it should subside. Not smoking should never cause lightheadedness? Stop smoking and get yourself looked at. You are too young to have those worries and we now know how harmful smoking is : (
