sometimes it can help if you reach at least some "compromise" by agreeing on non-coital sexual activities - for example she can help you by manual stimulation (handjobs) to satisfy your sexual needs when she does not want to have intercourse. If she finds it acceptable, it can be better than having no sex at all while she does not feel like having the intercourse.

She may be pre menopausal. Or she could just be satisfied with only having sex twice a week.

the only way to sort this out is to talk to your wife about how she feels about your sex life, and then explain how you feel about it.

Wnyek,

I would speak to your wife about this. If she doesn't want to have sex anymore than your currently having maybe you can just have "private time" the days your not having sex. Just check with your wife to make sure that nothing deeper is going on physically or mentally. Two times a month seems a bit sparse unless both parties are happy with it, but you are not, so talk to her.

Good Luck
