hcv antibody test still +ve after 6 MonthsTreatment

dear sir. I was the patient of Hcv in 2006, initially my Hcv antibody result was PIV=20.8  and Pcr was +ve nd genotype test was 3a.
then i started trearment of 6 months nd after treatment Pcr test become negative. then i repeated the test 3 times after every 6 month nd was -ve. but recently in November 2009 . i have applied abboard for a job but they mark me unfit after Medical Examination due to Weak +ve HCVAntibody test done by Elisa Method, in this test  PIV is 5.20.
Sir my question is. is there any way to reduce this PIV value so my antibodty test become -ve? if i Periodically remove my this blood then obvsly fresh blood generates. can it reduce the PIV value? or any other soluton if u Have ? Actually sir now i want to study abboard nd this is the only problem i m facing, kindly give me a solution Sir..

If you have HCV, the antibody test will always be positive.
