low grade nausea

I have had low grade nausea for the last 3 weeks.  No vomiting-just the feeling that I could. no head aches-some dizziness early in the morning. What might this be?

I would recommend a pregnancy test to rule that out first. It might be a good idea to have your doc check you out on the dizzy spells in the morning.
