Low gallbladder ejection fraction

I had a hidascan and my doctor told me I have a low ejection fraction of 4% my stomach hurts so bad I need help getting up from a lying position.
Thing is I've lost a lot of weight since march and its from vomiting and I know its from the gallbladder cause whenever I do get to eat my stomach hurts. He's put a hold on having the surgeon take it out to r\o anything else. I'm going to have a GI series but don't think that will show anything. Anyone else have a low EF and is 4% low andbshouldbthey remove it?
