So for about 2 years now I have had a variety of different intestinal problems and truthfully I simply cannot live with them anymore.
My problem started when I was a freshmen, about 2 years ago, I had a point in my life where I would not fart in public, especially in school. So I held in my farts everyday, 8 hours a day for about 6 months. During those six months I started developing problems where I would go to the bathroom way more frequently, like 5 times a day, and throughout the entire day my intestines would make these sounds, sometimes they sounded like bubbling or sometimes high-pitched squealing or low pitched squealing, like when you tighten the end of a balloon when letting the air out and it makes a loud noise.
So I stopped holding in my farts but the sounds continued, I thought that with time they would come to a hault, but I was very wrong. Now I am a sophomore, two years later, and the noises are still with me, I have also developed new symptoms such as going to the bathroom frequently, my intestines feel as if they are always itchy, hot, wet, and inflamed, I get bad aches in my intestines, I fart very frequently and they are very very foul smelling all of the time. I have also noticed that my stools are soft or diahrea about 75% of the time, most of these symptoms take place in the entire left side of my intestines. Some insight would be fantastic.
NOTE: I am 16 and a male, the noises are more severe in the morning especially directly after I eat supper, and I have not held in a fart for 2 years.
