Shoulder night pain

I am a male, 29 years old, smoker, not overweight. This is the second time I am experiencing left shoulder/arm pain at night while sleeping, the pain is not extreme but enough to keep me awake, it also comes with numbness feeling but without going numb. During the rest of the day, I do not feel any pain whatsoever in my arm or shoulder.

Been searching about this and found worrying results like lung cancer and heart attack; could this be a sign to one of those?

I do not have an answer but I am interested in answers you receive from this being a smoker myself. I have not had this issue but I am at the age that I am now worried about everything that feels off with me since I have been a smoker as long as I have. :(
