I’ve suffered from the odd sleep paralysis before so much so I’ve got kinda used to it, however this time it felt different. I was lying in bed going to sleep and I could here my boyfriend going out as I went to move I realised it was a lot harder and stiffer, I knew something was wrong so went to get my phone of the table next to me, my eyes were shutting and they were getting harder to open so I couldn’t see what I was doing, then I heard my boyfriend come back in and I tried shouting but a faint growling moan came out, at this point my face felt so much pressure and my body was turning to jelly, luckily he cane upstairs and saw me and I heard him shouting my name as he got on the phone to call for help but then I went to move as a final push in panic and a harsh shooting pain hit the nape of my neck and shot through my head, it actually felt like it was hurting. Not long after I woke up to reality, I thought I’d actually had a stroke whist I was sleeping it was the realist thing I’ve ever had.
