HIV Concern - Transsexual

Hi everyone,

About six days ago, I met a transsexual CSW and immediately regretted the decision. After we kissed for a few minutes, she performed unprotected oral on me. It lasted for 1-2 minutes max because I couldn't get an erection. Highest I went erection-wise was about 30%. In reading her online profile she has a picture of recent HIV/STD screening (all were negative dating back to Aug. 8, 2018 when she took the tests).

In addition to her giving me brief oral and kissing, I rubbed her bottom and tapped my semi erect penis around her anus a few times (couldn't get hard) so we stopped and I left.

1. Am I in any risk - any risk at all - for HIV? I'm located in Ontario Canada.

2. Am I at risk of other STDs? I scheduled an initial screening but this is Canada so I have to wait one week. Would you recommend the early RNA HIV test?

I haven't had any 'symptoms' per se except for multiple bowel movements - 4 per day in the two days after the encounter. Also severe anxiety and lack of sleep. I've never done anything like this before so I am very worried.

Thank you.

it is not surprising that you didn't have hiv symptoms, since that would be impossible to contract from what you did. You had no risk so a test would be a waste of time.
HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal with a penis
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex with a penis
3. sharing needles that you inject with. Knowing these 3 are all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV. The situation you describe is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. Doctors have calculated the risk from what you describe to be less than that of being hit by a meteor. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established, so no detail that you can add to your encounter will change it from zero risk.
