if you're not sure of you had unprotected vaginal or anal sex with a stripper get a 4th gen duo test at 29 days, it will be conclusive. HIV is not easy to transmit, and touching your penis to the incorrect side of the condom is not a way of transmission. In adults the only ways are unprotected vaginal sex, unprotected anal sex, and sharing needles for drugs.
