Relocating to the USA with chronic HBV - Health Insurance Related

Hey Guys,
I hope everyone is  doing well and I have a very specific question that hopefully someone is familiar with this topic.
Im currently considering a job relocation to the US that offers a medical plans from Cigna (OAP) Open Access Plan for employees and their domestic partners/spouses and/or children. Im not really sure what Open access plan means.
Im currently a chronic carrier with ALT, ALKP levels stable and PCR DNA undetectable. I have been taking entecavir for the past year and I have to continue taking for at least another few years. The entecavir is subsidize by my health insurance as well as the government.

How does it work when moving to the USA with hep b  pre-existing condition?
Will the health insurance accept me without making problems?
Will the entecavir be subsidize by the health insurance ?
Any ideas how much would the entecavir cost ?
Do I need to pay a premium for the health insurance?

Thanks everyone and I really appreciate if anyone can help.

Thansk Bilehe.  Do you have healh insurance? Did you disclose that you have heb bpre-existing condition to your insurance ?
Getting health insurance is not a problem, especially employer-sponsored, they never ask for a pre-existing condition. Getting life insurance would be tough.
