I have been monitoring my hepB for a long time, specifically my Viral DNA load. This is what I have found that over last 10 years, my count have varied between 10,000 and 1,500,000. I have experimented various green tea at various time and found that drinking green tea definitely helps keep Viral DNA load low. Here is what I have found:
Without green tea - Viral DNA load is high usually in the range of 200,000 - 1,500,000
With one green tea after breakfast everyday - 40,000 - 80,000
With two green tea after breakfast everyday ~ 30,000
With two green tea first empty stomach in the morning ~ 20,000
Does anyone observed this and does anyone have similar experience with any other food item?
