Well, if you are avoiding things in life like having relationships, then ya. It's a problem. That is definitely interfering with things in a negative way. Exactly what is your fear and what if it were true? How would that negatively impact our life? I've been trained to face a fear by thinking about if it really happened and what that would mean for me. So, let's try this with you and see what we learn!
Also to have HOCD do you have to feel guilt and that groin stuff? Because so far I haven't felt that much guilt.
