Hiv query

I have a query and I am so worried and seeking your advise as I am having a depression and I lost appetit since 3 months and lost 7 kilograms weight due to over thinking but heard it is also Hiv symptom

I will summarise

10th August 2022 I had ONLY blowjob/kissing from a street prostitue but NO penetration at all

20th August 2022 I had Gonorrhea and got treated

1st September 2022 I had HIV antibody test and it was NEGATIVE

on very few occassions afterwards I had always a protected sex (Durex condom) with 3 girlfriends - never the condom got cut

13th October 2023 I got Married Finally and my wife is HIV negative (tested before marriage)

and of course we had unprotected sex (anal/vagina) but I cum outside because we don't want pregnancy

30th Nov 2023 I tested my wife for HIV it was Negative

30th Jan 2024  I tested my wife again for HIV it was Negative also

In between since I had my HIV 1st September 2022 till July 2023 I went to different dentists for root canal and different staff but wasnt very much comfortable about the clinic cleaneness

From the above Am I at HIV risk or do I need to test again

I am very grateful for your reply because I I am very stressed and the fearness for some reason since few months ago is controlling me to the extent that I had nightmares and no appetite at all

Wow, major over reaction. Stop making your wife get tested. That's just odd. You have been told what the risks are for getting hiv (having unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV needles to inject drugs). You've not engaged in those so stop over reacting. Stop worrying about illogical things like dental treatment and things that happened that were no risk two years ago. What you need to focus on is some help with your anxiety. This is out of control it sounds like.

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  (root canal, kissing, blow job,   etc. ) . You will be happy to learn that you had no risk, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal with a penis, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv - there are ONLY 3 ways to get hiv. Note that 2 of them require a penis and the third requires a hollow injecting shared needle - there are no OTHER ways to get hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
Hiv is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the WORST that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. hiv prevention is straightforward since there are only 3 ways you can become infected, so next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself this QUESTION. "Did I do any of the 3?" Then after you ANSWER "No, there wasn't a penis in an anus or vagina and I wasn't injected" you will know that it's time to move on back to your happy life.
No one got hiv from what you did during 40 years of hiv history and no one will get it in the next 40 years of your life either.  You can do what you did any time and be safe from hiv.
The other person's status is irrelevant when you have no exposure to live virus.
If you still have questions about your risk, after reading all of the above, then it is because you didn't answer the QUESTION above.

It's common sense that a dentist can't give you hiv otherwise many people you know who have gone to a dentist would have it.
