ive been having some what of a different problem i have the bumps but on both lips some and sometimes kinda little bigger then small and on one side well corner of my mouth i have like a cold sore thing i dont know what to do there like pimples but not Fordyce's spot's im using a cold sore chapstick i think it is working but for now i am confused and really want to know what is going on
i've had the EXACT same issues/symptons with my lips as you have had in the second half of your post. everything is identical. my corners are cracked and kinda painful though. i know it's not from chapped lips because i am always using chapstick. i too have given my boyfriend oral sex. he is the only person i've ever had any type of sexual contact with. he has had sexual contact with others though. he has had sex one time with one person, that was it. he has performed oral sex on two girls besides me in his past. so the chances seem somewhat unlikely that this is any sort of sexually transmitted disease, but it certainly is not out of the question. i REALLY want to know what this is or could be. i've googled it a thousand times and no one has any answers. doctors are always saying that it's fordyce's condition. but it also looks like oral hpv or even possibly herpes. have you gone to a doctor yet? have you found anything else out since your post? any information at all??

Hi
This may be a case of cold sores or aphthous ulcers. In the presence of a history of sexual activity, infection caused by HSV type 1 or herpetic infections increase in likelihood. I suggest that you have this assessed by your primary physician. You may need oral antiviral medications if this is clinically assessed to be herpetic infection. For cases such as these, antiviral drugs may be administered 2-3 days from onset of the ulcers.
Avoid any sexual activity. These sores may be transmitted through direct skin to skin contact.
