Usually if a person is diagnosed with Raynauds, the doctor prescribes a calcium channel blocker. That helps. It's also important to see a rheumatologist to find out if it's primary Raynauds or secondary to some other illness like lupus or scleroderma.
My mother has reynauds and couldn't figure out why it had gotten really bad over the last year. I told her that BP meds can exacerbate symptoms and she realized her meds had been increased about the same time her reynauds symptoms got really bad. Her doc lowered her meds to be able to get her where she needed to be with her BP but it GREATLY improved her reynauds. You should talk to your doc to see if they could lower your dose a little or switch to a different med- it might help you a lot.
